Hands-on training for action in the public arena!
In order for all UNIL employees to benefit from specific training adapted to their skills' development and necessary to the success of their missions, the Human Resources department, as instructed by the Rectorate of UNIL, bears the costs of any CEP training.
However, it is the responsibility of the immediate supervisor to agree any training with all staff members.
