The Master of Advanced Studies in International Taxation
is aimed at those wishing to practice tax law with a law or consulting firm, a bank, as an in-house counsel to a company or with the tax administration.
As the MASIT is designed for those practicing abroad or in Switzerland, it offers both an International tax and Swiss tax curriculum which may be undertaken on a part-time basis (1.5 to 2 years) or on a full time basis (1 year).
The program is conducted in English and is open to candidates who have a Master degree in Law or economics; or a Bachelors degree (in any field) combined with relevant tax work experience.
Executive Program in Transfer Pricing (EPTP)
As globalization continues, Transfer Pricing issues continue to be a crucial focus area for multinational enterprises. Furthermore, as a result of the recent Base Erosion & Profit Shifting (BEPS) deliverables, more and more countries will either introduce new transfer pricing legislation or strengthen their existing practice. Consequently, dealing with Transfer Pricing topics has become far more important now than it ever has been in the past.
The Executive Education in Transfer Pricing is aimed at providing high level education on Transfer Pricing principles and practice to meet the growing demand for streamlined training in this area.
The program consists of fifteen classroom training sessions (90 hours). To complete their training the participants will be required to write a short technical paper on Transfer Pricing topic.
