The “Doing business with...” Conference Series is organised jointly by the LLM Programme "International Business Law" and the CEDIDAC. It aims to offer a competitive edge and practical tools to business professionals and entrepreneurs looking to invest or do business abroad. It covers issues such as banking regulation, corporate restructuring, taxation, the protection of intellectual property and other important topics that individuals and companies should know for sustained success when "Doing Business with" foreign countries. The aim of the Conference Series is to make foreign law more accessible and to prepare local enterprises, with support from Swiss and foreign chambers of commerce, for international business transactions in the 2020s.
