PROGRAM

This conference will address the impact of AI on the law and on dispute resolution across various areas and jurisdictions. Automated decision-making presents important challenges for justice systems across the world. The speakers will discuss these challenges from different viewpoints in three roundtable sessions. They will focus on what is at stake in the debate over AI, assess how AI can be usedin litigation and arbitration and reflect on available accountability mechanisms.
