The second ASCOLA Swiss Chapter Annual Conference focuses on various major developments in CH-EU competition law – such as the new EU Horizontal Guidelines, the DMA and dominance in digital markets, multi-pronged M&A-control as well as the new frameworks for vertical agreements ‒ with high profile speakers from Swiss and European competition authorities, academia, practice and industry.
