The Complete beginner course is specifically tailored for students who begin their learning of the French language (who have never taken any classes). The course level is A1 (for people of level A0 or Pre-A1).
Courses take place in the Anthropole building in the Quartier Chanberonne of the UNIL campus in Dorigny
DURATION
4 weeks, Monday to Friday.
PARTICIPATION ATTESTATION
The Complete beginner course awards you with a particiaption attestation on which are mentioned the level and content of the attended course and the number of class hours.
CERTIFICATION
The Complete beginner course doesn't prepare for the exams of the CQF (Certificate of qualification in French).
Level of French required
This course is aimed at people who have no notion of French or who have never taken a French course (A0 or Pre-A1 level)
Minimum age
You must be at least 17 years old on the first day of class. No exceptions are possible.

You will have the language classes in the morning (8.45am-12pm) in groups of 16 to 18 students.

IMPORTANT
The Cours de vacances reserves the right to cancel your registration:
- according to the directives of the FOPH or the UNIL Rectorate in relation to the evolution of the COVID-19 pandemic;
- if we have an insufficient number of registrations.
In both cases, the full registration fee will be refunded.
