I am a permanent professor at Kedge Business School (France) where I belong to the B2B marketing research group.

Having worked in the learning & consulting industry in several management functions since 1997, I felt honored to have been asked by HEC Lausanne - the school where I have obtained my own PhD - to become one of their lecturers in Marketing in 2009. Since then, I have developed and taught courses in Distribution Management, Luxury Management, Strategic Marketing and in Global Marketing. The fact that I run my own consulting company allows me to integrate my own business experience into the courses.

My career, for a long time already divided between the academic and the professional world, focuses on applied research and market studies. Searching, analysing, understanding, realizing: a rigorous and thorough job, while still requiring creativity and projection or identification. Being curious, analytical and pragmatic, I enjoy working on concrete projects that answer to questioning and marketing issues in firms. My teachings at HEC Lausanne therefore imply many projects with students as well as a course that I particularly like and that addresses ethical questions in marketing, a subject that cannot be overlooked in today’s society.

I am Director of the MSc Strategic Marketing Programme and Assistant Professor in Marketing at Imperial College Business School. I am also a Fellow at Cambridge Judge Business School and have held visiting professor positions at several universities, including the University of Oxford, University College London, the University of Lugano, Aalto University and Yonsei Graduate School of Management. I obtained my Ph.D. from the University of Melbourne and my research focuses primarily on marketing’s power and strategic role, and relationship and services marketing. I have won several awards and grants for my research, including an AMA award, a European Union Award for Excellence, and an FNS fellowship. I have consulted for a wide range of clients around the world, including McKinsey & Co., Airbus, Petronas, The Gap, ABB, Agricultural Bank of China, Finmeccanica, Nissan, Illy Coffee, PMI, City of Helsinki, Essex County Council, and many others.​
