Panel: Women leaders in academia

Women remain underrepresented in top academic leadership positions in Switzerland and worldwide. A satellite event of the H.I.T programme, which aims to support and promote women professors' access to leadership positions, this panel will bring together women who will share their experience in academic leadership and discuss the challenges and rewards being an academic leader brings. Jointly organized by the UNIL and EPFL Equal Opportunities Offices, this event is addressed to all women professors and MER of UNIL and EPFL.
