Mr. Lay Kongis a deputy head department of accounting and management, and he is also a researcher at the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE), Cambodia. He specializes in business management. His research interests are business management and staff motivation. During his research visit, he conducted a research. Mr. Lay Kong hold a Master in Business Management from Charles Sturt University.
