What is research at HEC Lausanne? Did you know that more than 400 researchers - professors, doctoral students, economists and psychologists alike - put their passion at the service of society, providing concrete answers to the concerns and challenges facing our society? Our expertise can change your vision in areas of current concern, such as digital revolution trends, mobility and transport, climate policies, inequalities in the workplace, sustainable investment practices, and many others. 

What's going on in the Faculty's institutes, laboratories and centers? Our faculty has a number of competence centers, institutes and laboratories. Should you be interested, for example, in the UN's 17 Sustainable Development Goals in the Agenda 2030, we invite you to discover our new Grand Challenges Research Center, and its various projects, activities and expertise.

And what about innovation? Thanks to our pioneering spirit, we place innovation at the heart of our culture and our actions. When it comes to teaching for example, our Dean's Office is deeply involved in the challenges facing our students, and in preparing them for the professional world.

What about entrepreneurship? We encourage and cultivate the entrepreneurial spirit throughout our community. In this section, reports on research projects aimed at, for example helping new entrepreneurs find and acquire a company in Europe.
