Our EMBA stands out in the Financial Times 2024 ranking thanks to its high level of diversity and the impact of its Alumni

For the 13th consecutive year, the HEC Lausanne Executive MBA is ranked in the highly competitive Financial Times Top 100 Executive MBA ranking.

Our EMBA maintains a stable position in the ranking, coming in at 70th place worldwide. This excellent position underlines not only the quality of this programme, but also its ability to adapt to a constantly to a constantly changing labour market and societal challenges.

In terms of diversity, our EMBA has 58% female students, placing it in the top 5 in Europe and the top 10 worldwide for gender balance in classes. In terms of international diversity, the programme welcomes many international candidates (81%), as well as many international professors. The Executive MBA is ranked 32nd in the world for participants' professional experience.
