PlanQueer - Association of LGBTIQ+ students of the Lausanne Higher Education institutions

As a representative for the LGBTIQ+ student community on Lausanne campuses, PlanQueer regularly organizes opportunities for exchanges and meetings between LGBTIQ+ people, whether they are out, questioning or facing difficulties.

VoGay Association - Vaud Association for Sexual and Gender Diversity

VoGay works for and with people concerned about LGBT life, and offers a variety of activities and resources for all audiences.

Lilith Association - French-speaking association of homosexual women

Lilith is an association of homosexual women created in December 1994 in Lausanne in order to compensate for the lack of structure, support and information for lesbians in the Canton of Vaud.

Profa Foundation

Profa is recognized as a public utility foundation by the State of Vaud. It offers spaces for discussion on issues affecting the intimacy of men, women, young and old, couples and people from all walks of life.

Psychotherapeutic consultations - UNIL SASME

Provided by psychiatrists and psychologists from the Department of Psychiatry at Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV), this consultation allows UNIL students and doctoral candidates who encounter psychological difficulties to benefit from temporary medical support. The first consultation is free and the remainder are covered by basic health insurance under the Federal Health Insurance Act (LAMal).

 

Consultations can be held in French, English or Italian and are by appointment only.

Familles arc-en-ciel

The Familles arc-en-cie umbrella association defends the social and legal interests of same-sex families in Switzerland. It also aims to create a network of contacts between these families and interested individuals and organizations in Switzerland and abroad. Through its communications work and presence in the field, it helps to raise awareness of the existence of same-sex families. Various advisory services for families and interested individuals are currently being set up.
