Swiss-Asian Summer School 2019

Description: After the opening ceremony on the first day, the academic reports began. Participants delivered valid lectures on their own research interests including urban governance and innovation, public policy, smart city, public budgeting, corruption, public service, and other related governance topics. In order to learn more about the practice of local governance in Guangdong, the participants paid a visit to Guangzhou Environmental Monitoring Center and had interactive discussions with the staff. On July 11, the participants had a tour to Foshan, a historical city of Guangdong, to experience the charm of Lingnan culture. On the Celebration Ceremony of July 12, the participants shared their feelings and opinions with each other and received a certificate for participation.
