STRIVE: Funded Projects
The University of Lausanne announces three major research projects as part of its STRIVE program. With a total budget of CHF 4 million over four years, this program focuses on the processes of societal transformation in response to urgent sustainability challenges.
4 seed funding grants for socio-ecological transformation
The STRIVE programme on ecological and social transformation is putting out to tender four seed funding grants of up to CHF 20,000 each.
THE PROGRAMME
The STRIVE programme is concerned with the processes of societal transformation. It includes a 3 major inter- and transdisciplinary projects, a seed-funding scheme and the fostering of a dynamic research community on this topic at UNIL.
THE APPROACH
Leveraging a transformative approach, STRIVE aims to support research into ways of bringing about an ambitious and rapid transformation of our socio-economic system.
THE RESEARCH PROJECT
STRIVE will fund three major interdisciplinary research projects over 4 years. Their systemic and transformative contributions will be coordinated by the Competence Centre in Sustainability.
