The CIRSport receives its mandate from the UNIL management via the SSP Dean's Office. The CIRS is administered by a Board made up of one representative from each of the seven UNIL faculties and the UNIL/EPFL Sports Service. The current composition of the Board is as follows
- Prof. Markus Lang (Chairman), delegated by the Dean of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences
- Prof. Aaron Baggish, delegated by the Dean of the Faculty of Biology and Medicine
- Prof. Olivier Bauer, delegated by the Dean of the Faculty of Theology and Religious Studies
- Prof. Clara Devlieger, delegated by the the Dean of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences
- Prof. Sylvian Fachard, delegated by the Dean of the Faculty of Arts
- Prof. Martin Muller, delegated by the Dean of the Faculty of Geosciences and Environment
- Prof. Daniel Oyon (alternate: Prof. Antonio Davila*), delegated by the Dean of the HEC business school
- Prof. Marjolaine Viret, delegated by the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Criminal Sciences and Public Administration
- Dr. Ophélia Jeanneret, representative of the UNIL+EPFL Sport and Health Service
A member of UNIL Rectorate, Vice-Rector Jérôme Rossier, is invited to attend Board meetings. He is the contact person between CIRS and the Rectorate.
