Theses

Doctoral training is one of the main pillars of the research carried out at the Walras-Pareto Centre. Theses in the history of political or economic thought and economic or political philosophy are supervised in two doctoral programmes, in the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (SSP) or HEC Lausanne, depending on the subject and approach. At the end of their programme, doctoral students at the CWP are therefore awarded a PhD either in political sciences or in economic sciences, under ‘History of economic thought and philosophy’.

Doctoral students at the Centre benefit from excellent teaching in the fields of the history of economic and political thought and philosophy through regular block courses and seminars.
