A platform for interdisciplinary and society-oriented research
ECCE brings together and promotes collaboration between
- researchers from UNIL and other (Swiss or foreign) universities,
- researchers and practioners from cantonal and federal offices,
- researchers and practitioners from private companies.
ECCE defines, coordinates and carries out research projects involving these various players. Find out more in Research.
A platform of general interest offering services and consulting to
- Municipalities, such as the City of Lausanne,
- Cantonal offices, such as the ECA or the Cantonal Office for Durability and Climate (OCDC),
- Federal offices, such as the Federal Office for Meteorology and Climatology MeteoSwiss or the Federal Office for the Environment (FOEN),
- Private companies (e.g., in the insurance sector).
