Processing of applications
Please find in the table below the summary of the application process.
The number of participants is limited. The selection of applications will be based first on the suitability of your profile for the aims of the summer school and then on the order of registration. We therefore suggest that you register as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to cancel the summer school if there are fewer than 15 participants, in order to guarantee the quality of the program. We will confirm the summer school as soon as this number has been reached, and by April 30 at the latest, so that you can organize transport and accommodation. In the event of cancellation of our part, the full registration fee will be refunded.

Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation of the summer school by EuTEACH due to extraordinary reasons, the full amount of the paid registration fee will be refunded to the participants. We strongly recommend that you arrange insurance to cover any cancellation costs you may incur.
In the event of cancellation by the participant, the following refund policy will apply:

Cancellation with medical certificate or proof of travel restrictions in the country of origin |
100% of the registration fee until June 15th | 50% of the registration fee from June 15th |

Cancellation without medical certificate nor proof of travel restrictions in the country of origin |
50% of the registration fee until May 15th | 0% of the registration fee from May 15th |
