The MAS in Management, Human Resources and Careers is a diploma that aims to train professionals to mobilize resources at the confluence of various disciplines, to analyze problems from a societal and economic angle as well as group or individual level, and to propose large-scale solutions and projects. As an interdisciplinary diploma, training takes place in the universities of Geneva, Neuchâtel and Lausanne. Candidates earn the title of "professional, academic and career guidance counselor" (art 50, Federal Act on Vocational Training, LFPr, RS 412.10). This degree is a necessary step for holders of a Master's Degree in Psychology who want to obtain the title of Psychologist specialized in Career Development and Human Resources awarded by the Swiss Federation of Psychologists.
