Visiting Professor
After holding senior positions in International Business Development and Global Key Account Management in international firms, I gained a doctoral degree and I am presently a guest professor at HEC Lausanne where I teach topics around Business-to-Business relationships (e.g. industrial marketing, sales force management and digital transformation in BtoB). I am a permanent professor at Kedge Business School (France) where I belong to the B2B marketing research group.
Modern innovations don’t only aim for higher material rewards, but to make life better, for us, for all living creatures. Our challenge is now to re connect with Life, in harmony with our World, our home, to thrive & evolve, I am a Life advocate.
Having worked in the learning & consulting industry in several management functions since 1997, I felt honored to have been asked by HEC Lausanne - the school where I have obtained my own PhD - to become one of their lecturers in Marketing in 2009. Since then, I have developed and taught courses in Distribution Management, Luxury Management, Strategic Marketing and in Global Marketing. The fact that I run my own consulting company allows me to integrate my own business experience into the courses.
My career, for a long time already divided between the academic and the professional world, focuses on applied research and market studies. Searching, analysing, understanding, realizing: a rigorous and thorough job, while still requiring creativity and projection or identification. Being curious, analytical and pragmatic, I enjoy working on concrete projects that answer to questioning and marketing issues in firms. My teachings at HEC Lausanne therefore imply many projects with students as well as a course that I particularly like and that addresses ethical questions in marketing, a subject that cannot be overlooked in today’s society.
