1. Initial discussion and project sheet: Teachers  wishing to submit a FIP project should first contact fip@unil.ch to arrange a meeting to prepare the project sheet with the pedagogial engineer of the School of Biology (Francesco La Spada) and a pedagogical adviser from the CSE.

2. Approval by the School of Biology: after receiving endorsement from the School of Biology, the teacher can proceed to develop the project in detail (including budget and human resources - to be validated with the relevant services), in order to prepare an application file.

3. Application form and validation by the School of Biology / FBM: the complete application file is validated by the School of Biology. If decanal resources are necessary, the file must also be validated by the Dean's office of the Faculty of Biology and Medicine.

4. Application submission: the validated application file can be submitted year-round via email to fip@unil.ch. Submitted files are evaluated twice a year.
