The Career Lunch Grant is a subsidy awarded to one or a group of a maximum of 3 HEC doctoral students (at least in the 3rd year of their thesis) or post-doctoral students to organize a lunch meeting with an ordinary professor from another university. The aim of this meeting is to obtain advice on the advancement of women's academic careers. For example, the Career Lunch Grant can provide advice on:
- General career strategy
- Application documents
- CV content
- Networking strategy, e.g. participation in conferences
- Work-life balance
Several Career Lunches can be arranged each year, depending on the budget available.
