The spatial architecture of tissue samples contains a wealth of information about disease pathology, progression, and treatment response. Multiplex ImmunoFluorescence enables the simultaneous analysis of multiple biomarkers in a single tissue section while preserving their spatial architecture. We routinely optimized and ran 7-plex immune fluorescence panel on human and mouse tissues. Unmixed qptiff image can be analyzed using different image software.
