Arianna Pisciella is a Ph.D. Candidate in Management at HEC Lausanne. Her research is focusing on the role of corporate sustainability disclosures in shaping corporate behavior with respect to people, planet and profit. She is currently part of the Ph.D. student team of the ONE (Organizations and Natural Environment) Division of the Academy of Management, for which she organizes monthly online events and workshops to enhance doctoral students’ success and career opportunities.
My research lies at the intersection between Corporate Sustainability, Governance and Accounting.
I investigate the potentially “transformative role” that non-financial disclosure can have at a corporate and country level. In particular, I am interested in analyzing how corporations disclose about the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) framework in their annual and sustainability reports.
