Marta Monguió-Tortajada obtained her PhD in Advanced Immunology at the Autonomous University of Barcelona in 2018 studying immunomodulatory mechanisms of mesenchymal stromal cells (MSC) and extracellular vesicles (EV) at the group of Prof. Francesc E. Borràs. Then she joined the Cardiology Department of the Germans Trias i Pujol Research Institute to translate MSC-EV clinical production for myocardial infarction therapy. She joined our lab in 2023 to study TLR signaling in autoimmunity and inflammatory diseases.

Haobo Zhang obtained his Bachelor’s diploma in Huazhong agricultural university in the year of 2013. Then, he joined the lab of Xi Zhou in Wuhan institute of Virology to investigate the mechanism of antiviral RNA interference (RNAi) in mammals. He worked in the lab at Wuhan from 2013 to 2017 and acquired his Master’s degree. Subsequently, He joined our lab in 2021 to explore the intricate molecular mechanism and regulatory network associated with SLC15A4-TASL mediated IRF5 signaling within the endo-lysosomal Toll-like receptor (TLR) signaling pathway.
