Stefano Paolo Catelani is an Italian qualified lawyer. He worked in house as counsel for a major Italian pharmaceutical company for five years, and he subsequently joined the legal department of DuPont de Nemours, a multinational chemical company, where he advised several subsidiaries and various business units in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, worked as a Director of Governmental Affairs (Europe), both in Brussels and in Geneva, and served as General Counsel for the firm's Safety & Construction Business Unit for the Europe, Middle East and Africa regions. His most recent practice focused on compliance, general corporate and commercial law, and mergers and acquisitions, including divestitures and joint ventures. In addition, he dealt with all aspects of conflicts management and disputes settlement.
Stefano Paolo Catelani recently created his own firm, Calimala Legal, in Geneva where he is also active as an Adjunct Professor of International Business Law at Webster University in addition to giving lectures on the same subject at various other universities. Stefano
