Emmanuel Bayle is currently a Professor in Sports Management at the Institute of Sport Sciences of the University of Lausanne (ISSUL). Previously, he was a Professor in Strategic Management and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at the business school of the University of Lyon.
He has published several books and articles in Sports Management (Global sport leaders, Governance in sport organizations, CSR and sport, professional sport clubs and CSR…) but also in CSR and in non profit management.
He is a specialist of governance, management and performance for sport Olympic organisations and CSR. He managed between 2014-2018 a research project on the professionalisation of international sports federations.
He is notably in charge of the Master in sport management at the University of Lausanne.
