International Business Transactions

 

 

Students planning to work as transactional lawyers need broad knowledge across a variety of areas (e.g. contract drafting, company and competition law, IP and tax law). The specialisation “Business Transactions” allows students to place the focus on the courses in the LL.M. curriculum that provide the necessary qualifications in this field.

 

 

 

Total of 60 credits (ECTS), distributed as follows:
18 credits selected from courses relating to the specialisation, 24 credits freely chosen, 18 credits for the LL.M. Thesis on a topic relating to the specialisation
