International Business Transactions

 

 

Students planning to work as transactional lawyers need broad knowledge across a variety of areas (e.g. contract drafting, company and competition law, IP and tax law). The specialisation “Business Transactions” allows students to place the focus on the courses in the LL.M. curriculum that provide the necessary qualifications in this field.

 

 

 

Total of 60 credits (ECTS) is distributed as follow:
18 credits must be selected from courses relating to the specialisation, 24 credits can be freely chosen from all the courses, 18 credits for the Master Thesis on a topic relating to the specialisation.
