Internal Market Law

DESCRIPTION

The course will cover EU Internal Market law. The aim is to give participants a good understanding of the philosophy, architecture and main components of the Law of the EU Internal Market. To this effect, it discusses the concept of the Internal Market as an advanced form of economic integration, then proceeds to examine the four internal market freedoms: free movement of goods, persons, services and capitals. EU Competition Law, which is also a major component of Internal Market Law, is not addressed here as it benefits from specialised courses.
