DESCRIPTION This course introduces students to the main particularities of the most strategic military transactions in international trade. It explains why and how military transactions do not follow the classical rules of international trade. Geopolitical considerations impose specific processes and economic and political benefits (offsets) which are difficult to apprehend by jurists. Furthermore, the course includes practical examples of military transactions and a comparative approach examining the main exporting and purchasing countries.
