Application deadlines for a Bachelor programme with a foreign secondary education diploma
Autumn semester 2025/2026
Deadline for candidates who need a visa for their studies in Switzerland :
28 February 2025 for all faculties, except Medicine.
General deadline :
30 April 2025 for all faculties, except Medicine.
Others deadlines :
Medicine: Before 15 February 2025 compulsary enrolment at swissuniversities in Bern.
Beside the enrolment at swissuniversities candidates have to enrol online at UNIL before 30 April 2025.
Note : specific conditions for foreign students
31 July 2025 for students enrolled at UNIGE or UNINE wishing to transfer to UNIL in a Bachelor's program (exception: medicine and sports science). This deadline does not apply to students who must pass the ECUS.
31 July 2025 for students who enrolled at EPFL in the previous spring semester, and for new students who applied to EPFL before July 31 and wish to transfer to a Bachelor's program at UNIL (exception: medicine and sports science). This deadline does not apply to students who must pass the ECUS.
