News and events (MyUNIL) (in French)

The NewsUNIL management interface available in MyUNIL enables UNIL faculties and departments to quickly create, publish or propose news and events relating to their departments. Depending on which departments they belong to, articles are automatically published on the various UNIL websites as well as on the L'Actu and L'Agenda portals.

Image banks (in French)

For your websites, presentations, printed or online articles, the Computer Centre offers you image banks (royalty-free or commercial) to enhance the visual aspect of your communication.

Unified communication - Microsoft Teams (in French)

The IT Centre offers all members of the University of Lausanne a communication tool that links the various modes of correspondence (audio, video, instant messaging and telephony) and integrates as well as possible with the other IT tools (office software, diary, directory, etc.).

Online surveys (in French)

This service meets the needs of institutional surveys, supported by a department or project manager and covering a wide range of audiences, both inside and outside UNIL.

Conference management (in French)

The IT Centre provides UNIL units responsible for organising a conference with a web application to help manage such an event.

Websites (in French)

To enable the UNIL community to create and update websites and blogs, the IT Centre provides a publishing and hosting infrastructure, as well as basic training and support.

Wiki for documentation (in French)

For UNIL units, services or platforms that need to make user documentation available in the form of a wiki, we provide hosting space on our BookStack instance.

Link shortener (in French)

The Centre informatique de l'UNIL (Ci) offers a service for shortening web addresses, which transforms long, complex URLs into short, easy-to-share links.

Link Checker (in French)

A tool designed to analyze Jahia and WordPress sites to detect broken links, generate detailed reports, and facilitate their correction, improving user experience and search engine optimization.

UniLogo

UniLogo (in French)

The UniLogo online application is managed by UNICOM, UNIL's communications department. The UniLogo project enables UNIL administrative staff, lecturers and assistants to create personalised document templates and order business and compliment cards via a secure web interface.
