Antispam and e-mail security (in French)
UNIL's email system is equipped with an adjustable filter that analyses incoming messages to determine whether they contain dangerous content (malware, viruses, phishing) or are unwanted messages (spam), in which case they are quarantined.
Calendars (in French)
Accessible via your IT account, the UNIL IT calendar makes it easy for you to schedule appointments, invite colleagues or share your calendar with other members of the university community.
Sending large files (SWITCHfilesender) (in French)
When files are too large to be sent by email, use this file sending system. This operation will provide you with a download link that can easily be sent by email. Your data is stored in the SWITCH Cloud in Switzerland for a maximum of 20 days.
Distribution lists (in French)
The Data Centre provides an electronic distribution list service for sending grouped, moderated or unmoderated emails. The lists can be consulted and managed via a web portal or via the group management application.
Email (in French)
Each member of the university community has a professional email account linked to their IT account. Accessible via the web or configured on your computer, UNIL's e-mail service allows you to receive, send, sort and archive your e-mails.
