The intranet is a web portal that allows you, depending on your access level, to use the administrative tools related to your work at UNIL.

Request for Information System Development (DESI) (in French)

The Business Solution Development Division (DSM) designs, maintains, develops and integrates business solutions. This service enables you to request information system upgrades that meet your business needs.

Study Management (SylviaAcad) (in French)

The management of studies at Unil includes, on the one hand, the management of the range of studies on offer and, on the other hand, the management of students' progress throughout their studies.

View your administrative data (MyUNIL) (in French)

The MyUNIL portal allows you to consult your administrative and salary details, as well as information about your campus card. Any changes or errors can be reported directly from the service.

HR applications (contract, work certificate, recruitment, UniVac time management)

HR applications (consultation of contracts, work certificates, recruitment)

HR applications allow people with the necessary authorisations to consult information and manage processes relating to the management of UNIL staff employment contracts. In particular, they include platforms for recruitment and the creation of work certificates. Authorisation management is the responsibility of the Human Resources department. Please contact the HR project team directly if you have any questions.

UniVac (time management tool)

UniVac is a Filemaker file used by UNIL's HR department to track working hours.
If you need information on how to organise the secure storage of the file for yourself or your team, please refer to this technical documentation page. If you have any HR questions about working time management, please contact your UNIL HR representative.

UNISIS (Information and Statistics System) uses a suite of software to prepare and share interactive statistical cockpits with the entire UNIL community and the public.
