Summer 2025 exam session

So that your results appear on your official transcript, you must register for all courses you choose (written or oral exam, ENEP: onsite digital exam, course without exam, seminar, etc.).

NORMAL REGISTRATIONS

Monday February 17 to Sunday March 16, 2025
Registration site: www.unil.ch/inscriptions. Please use your UNIL login.
Registration for courses automatically entails registration for the corresponding exams during the regular summer session and/or for the semester validations.
Please note: your registration on Moodle is not an official registration for a course. It does not entitle you to sit your exams.

LATE REGISTRATIONS

From Monday March 17 to Friday March 28, 2025 (noon) with a fee of CHF 200. Payment by e-banking only. Please contact us for bank details.
After this deadline, no registration will be accepted for any reason whatsoever.

REGISTRATIONS TO COURSES OUTSIDE HEC

Please find out about and respect the instructions, deadlines, and procedures of the University and/or faculties which are welcoming you.

UNSUBSCRIPTIONS/CHANGES

During the 4 weeks of normal registration, you can cancel or modify your registration online and with no fee.
During the 2 weeks of late registration, you can cancel your registration with a fee of CHF 200 by sending us your request by email to hecbachelor@unil.ch.

EXAM SESSION - SUMMER 2025

Tuesday June 10 to Saturday July 5, 2025 (including Saturdays) - See our academic calendar for more information.
If you require special accommodation for medical reasons during the exams, please send us a recent medical certificate by March 16, 2025 at the latest.

EXAM SCHEDULE NOTIFICATION

Mid-May 2025
The schedule will be available on MyUnil under « calendrier »
We remind you that we are not responsible for potential schedule clashes for students who take courses outside HEC or outside official study plans

PUBLICATION OF GRADES

The evaluation grades from the Spring 2025 semester, including your results for the Summer exam session 2025 session, will be published mid-July 2025
An official transcript of records will only be sent by email to the coordinator of your home university.
