The Bachelor of Science in Geosciences and Environment offers three study paths. After a common first year, students specialise in:
- geography,
- environmental sciences,
- geology.

The GSE Faculty currently offers six Master programs.
- Master of Science in Earth Sciences - ELSTE (joint collaboration with the University of Geneva)
- Master of Science in Environmental Geosciences
- Master of Science in Geography
- Master of Science in Biogeosciences (joint collaboration with the University of Neuchâtel)
- Master in Tourism Studies (on the Sion campus of the University of Lausanne)
- Master in foundations and practices of sustainability
