I am a Bioinformatics Doctoral student with a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology and Biotechnology and a Master's in Bioinformatics. My bioinformatics experience is in transcriptomics, cancer genomics, and epigenetic studies, with programming skills in R and Python.
My research is currently centred on identifying and quantifying alternative splicing events across different conditions for the species represented on the Bgee database.
My goal is to make meaningful contributions to the ever-evolving landscape of bioinformatics and genomics.
