I take great interest in exploring the biology of insects, across the fields of genetics, behavior, phylogenetics and ecology.
I joined the group of Prof. Chapuisat to study supercoloniality in the red wood ant Formica Paralugubris. Using the power of genomic approaches, I investigate the evolution, structure and reproductive dynamics of supercolonies of this keystone species for the forested ecosystems of the Jura mountains.
