My research interests lie at the intersection of bioinformatics, transcriptomics, and genetics. I am particularly interested in exploring the intricacies of gene expression and its impact on the biology of an organism. This passion has driven me to undertake a PhD project, in close collaboration with the core Bgee team, aimed at enhancing our understanding of expression variability and developing data-integration and bioinformatics tools to support transcriptomic research.
