Community life at UNIL
There are over 140 student associations at UNIL.
The aim of the representative associations is to defend the interests of the members of certain groups at UNIL (students or intermediate bodies) at either the faculty or institutional level.
The non-representative associations are aimed at people with a common interest in a particular topic. They are involved in a wide range of areas from culture to sustainability, media to entrepreneurship and sports to social causes... so you’re bound to find something that appeals to you! Getting involved in an association is a great way of meeting new people in a study environment that can sometimes feel slightly anonymous. And the icing on the cake is that it also adds to your future CV!
