At first glance, members of the administrative and technical staff (PAT) hardly seem to have any particular connection with entrepreneurship and often do not feel concerned by this topic. They are, however, particularly well placed to identify issues related to their professional activity.
A support structure for the entrepreneurial spirit can give them the opportunity to develop ideas or projects that will promote innovation and change within the structure that employs them, and ultimately improve ways of doing and UNIL processes. Such a culture is also likely to promote the development of employees.
