Individual Consultation
You can request an individual consultation with Ms Fernandez Deshogues in order to obtain an initial legal opinion, without prior review of your case. This initial consultation will be reimbursed by the UNIL Graduate Campus provided that your request meets the conditions below.
Please note: we strongly recommend that you carefully read all the information on these pages before you request an appointment.
Individual consultations are strictly reserved for doctoral candidates and postdoctoral researchers (Maître assistant·e, Premier·ère assistant·e, Chercheur·e FNS senior, etc.) at the University of Lausanne.
To set up your consultation:
- Your first step is to contact the Graduate Campus in order to let us know you would like to make an appointment with Ms Fernandez Deshogues. When contacting us, please make sure you give us your family name, given name, your status at UNIL, and your nationality. This information will only be shared with Ms Fernandez Deshogues and her secretariat.
- Once we have processed your request, we will provide you with a personal code.
- You will then be able to request a legal consultation on the Swiss Immigration contact form, specifying your personal code.
- The Swiss Immigration secretariat will then contact you in order to organise your legal consultation.
- Graduate Campus will work with Swiss Immigration to organise the payment for the consultation only on the basis of this process.
Please ensure you follow these steps carefully: the Graduate Campus will only accept an invoice directly from Ms Fernandez Deshogues and will be unable to reimburse you directly.
If you decide to continue working with Ms Fernandez Deshogues, or if you wish to obtain legal advice with prior review of your specific case, you will need to arrange this meeting directly with Ms Fernandez Deshogues. Reimbursement by the UNIL Graduate Campus will not be possible in these circumstances.
