Our mission
The University of Lausanne is aware that effective support must be both targeted and open. It has therefore made professionalism, expertise and the pooling of resources its core values. It relies on the proven experience of its members, who interact and collaborate regularly with other professionals in the field of support for researchers.
UNIL's strategy revolves around three issues:

Training and the next generation of academics
An academic career begins with a desire to innovate and excel in a particular field and follows a pathway, marked by academic titles, with several stages.
