Financial support for the mobility of UNIL teaching staff under SEMP agreements

The SEMP programme (Swiss-European Mobility Programme, which replaces Erasmus in Switzerland) is funded by the Swiss national agency Movetia. It provides funding for teaching activities with European universities participating in the programme.

A maximum of 2 weeks at the partner university for teaching activities only.

  • SEMP agreement allowing teacher mobility signed with host university
  • The visit is announced in advance to the IRO
  • A minimum of eight hours of teaching are provided during the visit
  • The duration of the visit is between two days and two weeks, depending on the terms of the SEMP agreement

Accommodation, meals, administrative charges, local transport

  • Conditions: On presentation of the mobility contract and final report
  • Amount : Flat rate of CHF 170 per day of work and/or travel

Travel expenses

Expenses related to a disability

  • Conditions: On request via the Application form in French or English to be returned to the IRO.
  • Amount : According to needs

UNIL also offers travel insurance.

Before the trip

  • Notify the International Relations Office of your trip as soon as possible (see contact details opposite) by completing the Mobility agreement and teaching programme (in French or in English).
  • Participants with a disability should complete the Special Needs application form in French or in English and return it to the International Relations Office.

Once it has received the documents, the International Relations Office will let you know whether it can provide financial support, depending on the funds available.
