Mentoring network for women in French-speaking Switzerland

The Réseau romand de mentoring pour femmes is a joint initiative of the universities of French-speaking Switzerland and EPFL. It is coordinated by the University of Fribourg's Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Office.

The programme is open to women researchers in all disciplines who are in the final year of their doctorate or in a post-doctoral research position, and who wish to pursue an academic career.

This mentoring programme offers you ongoing contact with a mentor (professor) from Switzerland or abroad. Mentoring aims to provide references, strategies and useful information for an academic career. It introduces the mentee to the academic and scientific networks of the mentor and his or her peers.
