UNIL Disciplinary Board

Presentation

The Disciplinary Board is the authority competent to investigate and impose disciplinary sanctions (warning, suspension and exclusion) on students and auditors who infringe the rules and customs of the University (articles 105 &109 RLUL).

According to Article 77 of the Law of 6 July 2004 on the University of Lausanne, the Disciplinary Board is composed of a president from outside the University and a vice-president appointed by the President of the University;signed by the Direction of the University, two members of the teaching staff, two members of the intermediary body and two students signed by the Council of the University.
