Stands for associations, student services and shops

The next Welcome Days will take place on Thursday 12 and Friday 13 September 2024. Stands will be held on the Friday. Registration for stands is now closed.

Participation requirements

Participants wishing to propose a stand:

  • Associations whose articles of association are validly deposited with the Secrétariat général.
    Associations are invited to contact us by e-mail, so make sure you regularly note down your association's contact e-mail address, and inform the Secrétariat général without delay if this changes.
  • Support services for étudiants·e·s at UNIL
  • Campus shops

Respect for the Participation Charter

All participants·e·s (associations, student services·e·s and businesses) who register for a stand à the Welcome Day commit à to respect the charter.

Required registration

Interested persons must apply to take part by completing the form below, until 24 May 2024.

Limited places

As the number of stands is limited, compulsory online registration does not automatically guarantee a place. Only the confirmation you will receive by e-mail between now and the end of June will guarantee you a place.

Stand times (for all participants·e·s)

9am-3pm. As stated in the charter, by registering for a stand you undertake to ensure that you are present for the whole of the hours, so that the stands can be ready for the event;This will ensure that the stands can be attended by all students, in parallel with the faculty information sessions that will take place throughout the day.

Flexibility will be granted to representative associations only, so that their presence is coordinated with the planning of the sées;The stand must be open at least one hour before the session and one hour afterwards. The timetable for faculty information sessions will be available shortly.

Stand equipment

  • 1 table
  • 1 notice board
  • 1 electric socket if required

For étudiant·e·s support services only: services wishing to have a second table may contact the Guidance and Careers Service at the time of registration. Places will be allocated subject to availability.

Procedure and deadline

  • Début May: Online registration opens
  • 10 June 2024: Final registration deadline
  • End of June: Confirmation of participation sent by e-mail
  • Current August: Practical information for stand preparation sent out
  • 13 September 2024: Stands manned.
