AIESEC Lausanne is a local committee of AIESEC International, and is run by students from the University of Lausanne. Our aim is to promote leadership and multiculturalism by offering internships abroad (voluntary, start-up or in-company) to students from Lausanne and by welcoming foreign interns to the region. We are convinced that experiences abroad develop leadership skills in young people.
Each year we also organise the Job Fair employment forum in March, the Global Village street-food festival in May and other events throughout the year!

AIESEC Lausanne is the only association of its kind in Switzerland.
But above all AIESEC Lausanne is one big family!

The SDSA Lausanne is a relay association whose aim is to extend the activities of the parent association, which was founded in 2019 and is based at the University of Geneva. The primary aim of the SDSA is to democratise diplomacy by informing and raising awareness among students of what diplomacy is, both in the strict sense of the term, i.e. the career of a diplomat, and in a more general sense, i.e. the career of a diplomat;néral, where representatives of NGOs, UN agencies or other international organisations find themselves having to negotiate with governments, non-state armed groups or other actors.
The association also wants to enable students to acquire soft skills through cross-disciplinary competencies. In fact, it is not always easy to gain experience if you work alongside your studies, while on the job market, particularly in international organisations, the experience required can be an obstacle for various job applications.
Finally, the SDSA would like to highlight the networking dimension. During the various events organised (conferences, workshops, cultural activities), there is a desire to enable students to meet practitioners, ask them questions and obtain sound advice that can be useful when starting out in professional life.
The SDSA also wishes to promote the networking dimension.
START Lausanne is a student association that is part of the European START Global network. We are mainly active on the UNIL and EPFL campuses, where we aim to promote entrepreneurship, innovation and creativity in an academic environment.
To this end, we organise an idea competition in which our experts advise students and help them develop their start-up from the idea stage. The winner receives 3 years of additional coaching from our partner Genilem, as well as a cash prize of up to CHF 30,000. Our second flagship event is a Techstars Startup Weekend, open to the general public.
