After completing an ergonomic assessment request (form below), the requestor is contacted by the UniSEP nursing team on the UNIL site to clarify the scope of the request. If necessary, a visit to the workstation is arranged and recommendations/proposals are given to the applicant. In all cases the applicant must seek the agreement of their line manager before submitting their request.

- Length: 30 to 45 minutes for the initial assessment. Depending on the case, follow-up measurements may be agreed.
- Equipment and premises required: the visit takes place at the applicant's workstation.
- Loan of ergonomic equipment: Depending on the case, UniSEP can provide ergonomic matériel (mouse, keyboard, document holder, footrest, Ergotron), for a trial period.
