This webinar deals with the issue of copyright and Open Access, particularly in the academic world. It consists of two parts. The first, a theoretical section, will set out the general framework, defining the scope of copyright and its legal consequences; It will then focus in particular on the issues raised by the conflict between the traditional copyright management model and the various Open Access regimes. To complete this presentation, we will extend the scope of our knowledge by discussing the participants' specific questions, with the aim of providing them with answers that are as practical as possible.
